The building is sited in Kyparissi, a small village in south-east Peloponesse, and it is an excellent example of how architecture can connect the interior with exterior space.
Our modern design aesthetic is accented with stone walls upcycled from the land during the building process to live by our sustainable aspirations. The rooms are designed around centuries-old olive trees, and each enjoys a view across the infinity pool and out to Myrtoan Sea. Each guest room features a luxurious king-size bed, fireplace, mini bar and tea & coffee making station, sitting area and private bathroom. All rooms have private access and are accessibility friendly.
The interior decoration of the building indicates exquisite taste through the use of quality materials, and a balance of forms. Elegant and somewhat sober furnishings were chosen, creating a distinguished air contemporary atmosphere. The unique floors link the living areas to the bedrooms.
The resident’s exterior allows the residents to enjoy a natural setting. The wooden deck with the pool is a great place to relax and exercise.
The chosen outdoor materials create the illusion that the residence blends in perfectly at the site.
