RESIDENCE IN PORTO HELI / 2012-to date

This renovated residence is located near Porto Heli, just a few meters away from the beach with unique views towards the sea.

The existing building constructed during the 70’s has a specific architectural style that we wanted to embrace. The stone chimney of the living room fireplace, a characteristic element, was emphasized so as to come into juxtaposition with the white volume of the house.

The clean-cut design and the white surfaces create a sturdy shell that welcomes the surrounding landscape.

Living areas take advantage of the houses orientation and connect with each other. The bedrooms with their en suite bathrooms are placed away from the communal spaces and the pool. Pergolas on stone columns unify the residences volumes whereas the consistent use of materials both on interior and exterior areas try to break down the barrier between indoor and outdoor.
