The building was sited with absolute respect to the landscape, making use of the surrounding views.
Materials such as stone, wood and grey colored plaster were selected in order to blend the houses volume with the site.
The ground floor living area is a uniform double height space that connects to the kitchen and the dinning room. Large openings frame the adjacent views and link the external courtyards to the interiors. The mezzanine which overlooks the living area below and has its own balcony can be used both as an office space and a bedroom. The master bedroom is located at the ground floor as well, in proximity to the main volume of the house so as to provide privacy to the owners.
Shaded areas are scattered throughout the site close to the swimming pool that manages to blend the blue sky with the sea.
