The steep slope of the site and together with the unique view towards the sea, played a key role positioning the building on the site.
The beton brut base, together with the white monolithic volume on the top attempt to create a sense of a sculpture-like object. The minimalistic perception is reinforced both by the consistent use of materials both internally and externally but also through the use clean-cut design and simple orthogonal layout for each floor. Slabs fold in order to become walls and then unfold in order to form the roof of the building.
The building consists of three houses that communicate both with each other but also with courtyards that follow the slope of the existing landscape.
